About Us
Our Challenge
Children with special needs face an uphill struggle due mainly to a lack of resources, opportunities and social stigmatisation.
Lack of resources
Negative attitudes lead to children with disabilities suffering from a lack of investment and support. This restricts their access to healthcare and education, and even affects their survival.
Limited opportunities
Without the necessary support and training, children with disabilities struggle to understand and manage their condition. They are unable to function as fully involved members of society.
Stigmatisation
Children with special needs are often marginalised and neglected. They are less likely to be welcomed in the public sphere or have their voices heard in society. These attitudes need to change.
CEO & FOUNDER'S MESSAGE
Welcome to Ominya Trust.
As the CEO of Omniya Trust I am responsible for overseeing operations, helping to increase awareness and building a fundraising and volunteer network. I work with a wonderful team who are all unpaid volunteers based in the UK and Pakistan. They come from a wide range of backgrounds including: education, law, medicine, information technology and social care. But they all have one thing in common: a passion for the cause and vision of Omniya Trust, supporting and empowering children with special needs.
I invite you to join us to help bring positive change to the lives of these children and their families. Your support can empower them through care, equipment and education. Please make a donation today. Together we can help these children flourish, reach their full potential and enjoy the life they deserve.”
