In response to the current public health crisis, Omniya Trust has set up a GoFundMe fundraiser to raise money to provide food parcels and medical assistance for the poor and vulnerable in Pakistan.
Working with our local partners focussing on Faisalabad, the third most populous city in Pakistan. We are distributing food and medical parcels to the most vulnerable, primarily targeting, the unemployed, the elderly and the disabled. Distribution of parcels containing essential food items such as flour, rice, lentils, oil and tea has commenced. Masks, gloves and soap have also been supplied. In addition, Omniya Trust will be providing grants to further the endeavours of our charity partners who are working hard to ease the hardships caused by the health crisis.
We all have the power to do something and make a difference. Please donate to our appeal today. Any amount, no matter how small, will help. Please help us to stop the hunger and keep our vulnerable people safe.
Omniya Trust operates a 100% Donation Policy. All operating costs are met by the trustees, this means all your donation is used for charitable purposes.
Update: The GoFundMe Appeal has now closed. Many thanks for all your kind donations. With the use of the appeal funds and Omniya Trust funding we were able to successfully participate in a massive relief effort in the industrial heartlands of Faisalabad.
